We're looking for a Prompt Engineer / AI Agent Specialist to design, deploy, and manage autonomous agents and AI-driven workflows.

You won’t be building LLMs from scratch — instead, you’ll be using tools like Notion, Gumloop, Lindy, Claude, and others to create smart, useful systems that run on their own (or nearly so). We're building lean, AI-native systems, and your work will directly reduce manual overhead, unlock new product capabilities, and expand what a small team can accomplish.

Must-haves:

• Deep experience with multiple agent-based platforms (like Notion, Gumloop, Lindy, n8n, or similar)
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and APIs
• Ability to strategize, prompt, chain, and debug AI workflows
• Can think both creatively and operationally — designing agents that solve real business problems
• Some technical fluency (APIs, low-code platforms, light scripting)
• Organized and process-oriented
• Excellent async communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Notion and Slack

You might be right for this role if you:

• Have built or run autonomous agents that take actions, retrieve data, or interact with APIs
• Can write effective, context-aware prompts and understand prompt engineering best practices
• Know how to debug a failing workflow or retrace why an agent got stuck
• Think in systems — you can break down a business process and rebuild it with AI
• Have experience with tools like Zapier, Make, LangChain, React, GPTs, or similar
• Enjoy experimentation and iteration (you ship, test, and refine)
