Montchanin Technology Company is a modern technology consultancy helping organizations architect & manage autonomous systems that create real operational leverage.

We're looking for a Systems Architect (AI + Operations) to design how complex business systems actually work — across tools, agents, and teams.

This includes structuring workflows, defining data models, shaping how agents interact with tools like Notion and Microsoft, and ensuring everything is scalable, governed, and easy to operate. Your work will directly influence how modern organizations run — not just what tools they use.

Must-haves:

• Deep experience with AI tools and agent-based platforms (Claude Code, Cowork)
• Strong systems thinking — ability to take messy, ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, structured systems
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and APIs
• Experience designing or operating workflows across tools (Notion, Slack, Microsoft, etc.)
• Ability to lead discovery and understand how a business actually operates (not just how it’s documented)
• Strong judgment — knows what not to build
• Organized and process-oriented
• Excellent async communication and collaboration skills
• Have experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, Zapier, or similar
